according to you needed measurements, demanded thicknesses
and specified surface.

Press pads description:
The lifetime of the pads is depending
on the daily and weekly working time and other parameters
(temperature, pressure, laminate material, etc.). However
we made the experience that our pads can work for longer
than one year. This is nearly the double lifetime known
from competition.
As our pad is made from silicon
rubber with internal of glass fibres, it is shape constant
- during the lamination cycle and during the whole lifetime.
This is very useful for the operators, because they
don't have to adjust the lamination parameters otherwise
caused by the different thickness of the pad during
the lifetime.
Lamination plates:
• The two sides
of the lamination plates are of equal quality.
• The angels of the plates are frimmed,
the edges are deburred.
• The surface of press plates is protected
by a strong foil.
• Our plates have from delivery to delivery
the same surface quality, also especially the mat plates
which are manufactured by sandblasting.
