The DC 510 is a compact die cutting
machine for non-secure cards. It is operated by means
of an excenter hydraulic motor. The machine is semi-automatic;
i.e. the operator is to feed the machine manually with
the sheets to be punched. The registration in y-direction
is also manually with the help of two laser pointers
which have to cover printed crosses on the sheet for
the right position. Once this is OK, the operator tips
a foot switch and the sheet is processed automatically.
After the punching the web is brought out of the machine
automatically and the cards are stacked on to a conveyor
to be taken away manually.
This machine is a very compact
device requiring no extra cabinet and/or special requirements
for installation. It may be very interesting for non-secure-card
manufacturers and / or starters.

The DC 500 was designed as the
first step into advanced card production. Manually fed,
the process is activated by means of a foot switch starting
with automatic alignment in y-direction. Of course the
punch registration is automatically as well as the web
disposal and the card stacking into LOUDA-standard magazines
each capable for 500 cards. Once a magazine is filled,
the automatic magazine changer places an empty magazine
into the stacking position without stopping the operation.
The machine can be upgraded at
a later time with an automatic sheet feeder. So the
machine becomes full automatically.

The DC 501 is our best sold machine
and busy for many years with all major card manufacturers
worldwide. It is working full automatically with an
automatic sheet feeder wherein a stack of sheets is
placed on a trolley for processing. The machine set
standards when it was lauched originally many years
before. It was and will be continuously improved and
brought to the state of the art especially with regard
to the sensors and drives without loosing its proven
accuracy, reliability and lifetime.

The base for this machine is the
DC 501, but instead of the standard sheet feeder, this
machine is equipped with a sheet feeder designed for
"double sheets" (lamination format) and a cutting unit
to half the sheets into a format allowing to use standard
punching equipment. Thus, this is a very economic alternative
for customers producing large (full) sheets with their
printing presses and laminators as they do not have
to invest for an extra guillotine to cut the sheets
to size.

|

All machinery of the DC 50X - series are available with the following options:
Magazine buffer:
To be installed instead of the
magazine changer allowing the customer "multi-machine-operation"
with only one operator.
HS-Cylinder:
Higly recommended in case materials
like ABS, PC and/or blends are used instead of PVC only.
It is also to increase the throughput.
Sorting device:
Stacks cards of different design into individual magazines; i.e. no sorting
after punching is necessary.
Reject system:
Reject cards are to be marked
on the sheets before punching and will be rejected automatically
after punching; i.e. these cards will not be placed
into the magazines.

The C-port 3LF Automatic Card
Punch is "economy" class machine driven by
a superior mechanically powered system that delivers
automated, high-volume cutting of printed material in
any commercial format with accuracy of ± 0.1
mm. Optical sensors use registration mark tracking system
holding cut-to-print tolerance of ± 0.1 mm. The
faster speed of the mechanism shortens the punching
cycle and together with a unique receptacle device eliminates
the dwelling time for card stacking during the punching
cycle, thereby resulting in much higher output.
A touch-screen operator interface with machine dialogue and
self-diagnostic troubleshooting makes the C-port 3LF very easy to operate.
