The machine is a designed as a
single-card processing unit; i.e. each card is punched
individually. The cards are separated out of a stationary
card stacker and fed into guide rails by means the card
is conveyed into the punching station. The waste of
the perforation is discharged out of the punching area
by means of a vacuum-device. The perforated cards are
forwarded onto an outfeed belt where the cards a placed
in a fan-like manner for easy discharge.

The C-port GSM3000 is a punching
machine for precise perforation of plastic cards in
ISO-format according to the chip-bearer dimensions and
scribing the narrow bridges.
The pneumatic punching system
together with high precision male & female dies
achieves excellent punching quality.
The precise tool knife scribes lines on both sides of
the card at each narrow "bridge" connecting
the SIM to the card body. This makes easily to break
out the SIM from the card body when needed.
On both punching and scribing stations the cards are
located by a positioning device to ensure acuracy.
Card stacking unit includes two
interchangeable output magazines and finished card stacking
device. The cards which do not pass thickness detection
are sent through stacking device into the exit collection
box located outside the safety guards of the machine.

This machine is designed to trim
2 edges of a laminated sheet to obtain a right angle
and straight edges for further sheet processing with
edge registration, for example silk screen printing.
The sheets are stacked onto a
trolley and brought into the feeder. From here the sheets
are automatically separated and conveyed to the first
guillotine where the first edge is aligned according
to printmarks and cut. The sheet is then forwarded to
the second cutting station located rectangular to the
first one, aligned according to printmarks again and
cut. The ready processed sheets are stacked onto a trolley
again to be taken out comfortably by the operator when
the adjusted stack height is reached and / or the job
is finished.
