This KBA-Metronic second hand printing machine was manufactured in 2006,
having done 2.723.918 impressions over 929 hours of operating time. The machine is still in excellent condition.
The job-changeover takes no more than 7-8 minutes, and 1:1 ink transmission by cylinders of
identical diameter results in ghosting-free prints.
There is consistently high printing quality from the first to the last print with the anilox short inking unit.
Inking is held constant by temperature control over the entire sheet width.
Another advantage is that urgent printing jobs are possible at short notice.

The rarely used Atlantic Zeiser Cardline was built in 2006 and is in an excellent condition.
High speed card processing is done by the work of several modules in this machine, including feeding, scratch off lableling,
encoding, injet and a card sorting module.
Cards can be uploaded without stopping the machine and complete double card detection provides suitable production control.
Encoded data is simultaneously read, transferred onto the dedicated real-time controller and compared with the production data.
