The tape layer is for the application
of magnetic tapes and other continuous applied panels
onto an overlay. The tapes are applied by means of heat
and temperature. Up to 12 lanes can be processed by
the TL 700. In order to achieve a constantly high application
quality across the sheet, the processing temperature
is individually adjustable for each track. The machine
is equipped with trimming knives for both edges of the
foil.

For processes where 2 tapes/panels
are to be applied on one side of the card, the
double-headed TL 701 is the right choice. This
machine allows to carry out this process in just
one path.

with safety circuit to make sure operator in totally
safe operation environment. Touch-screen monitor with
operator/machine dialogue makes operation and troubleshooting
user-friendly.
Auto sensing for running out of magnetic tape material
stops the machine operation automatically.
Operation speed is adjustable according to different
overlay material. The max. speed depends on overlay
material. The max. speed can be up to 11 m/min. and
normal operation speed is 5-7 m/min.
